Mix the baking powder, salt, and flour in a large bowl
Mix the vegetable shortening until there are no more lumps
Make a small hole in the middle of the mixed ingredients

◉ Put the cream cheese on the tortilla – about ½ inches in layer
◉ Spread the alfalfa, spinach, and cooked chicken on top of the tortilla
◉ Fold the tortilla in half, tuck the bottom in, and roll it over.
